If you are having problems in Windows or can't access normal boot then you can restore your system state files, to do this follow these simple steps.

First open Windows Backup by clicking on "Start, Accessories, System Tools then Backup"
Next click on "Advanced Mode"
Click on Restore Wizard.
Now click on "Next"
Next browse to backup file and select it
Now double click on the file which should now be located in the left hand window, and select on "System State"
Click on "next"
And then "Finished"
Your system files will have been restored to the date of the backup. Everything should now work OK.
